在“走出去”战略实施之后,国内企业都加大了向海外市场拓展的力度,成为“走出去”战略中的重要执行者。为保证企业跨国经营效果,切实提升企业海外本土化运作水平,各企业都对其进行了相应研究。本文将以国有企业为研究对象,对“走出去”战略下企业本土化问题以及相应策略展开深度阐述,旨在提高国有企业海外经营实力,明确发展定位,有效提升国际竞争力。
After the “Going Global” strategy has been implemented, domestic enterprises have stepped up their efforts to expand overseas markets and become important executives in their “going out” strategy. In order to ensure the effectiveness of transnational operation of enterprises and effectively enhance their overseas operation, all enterprises carried out corresponding researches. This paper will take state-owned enterprises as the research object and elaborate on the localization of enterprises and corresponding strategies under the strategy of “going global”. The purpose of this article is to improve the overseas operation strength of state-owned enterprises, clearly define their positions and effectively enhance their international competitiveness.
