目前,中小企业与非公经济已成为我国经济增长中最富成长性和贡献的部分,然而中小企业与非公经济普遍面临的信用问题,成为制约这些企业融资和发展的重要障碍。针对中小企业与非公经济的信用问题产生的深层原因和中小企业信用建设现实情况,要从改善中小企业与非公经济信用制度基础着手,不断完善中小企业信用管理体系,加强中小企业与非公经济在信用管理方面问题研究,以治理中小企业与非公经济的信用问题。
At present, the small and medium-sized enterprises and non-public economy have become the most growth-driven part of China’s economic growth. However, the credit problems commonly faced by SMEs and non-public sectors of economy have become important obstacles to the financing and development of these enterprises. For the deep-seated reasons for the credit problems of small and medium-sized enterprises and non-public economy and the actual situation of SME credit construction, we should start from improving the credit system of SMEs and non-public economy, constantly improve SME credit management system, strengthen SMEs and non-public Economic research in credit management issues to manage the credit issues of SMEs and non-public economy.
