利用~(14)CO_2分别对番茄各植株的各层果实上,下叶片,用有机玻璃叶室密封,充入1%二氧化碳气体标记1小时,以 DF 型大气采样器进行强力循环,48小时后取样、烘干、研碎,用 FH—454自动定标器测定放射性脉冲数一分钟。目的是对各层不同大小和不同叶龄的叶片分别测试,了解其相对合成功能及其营养运转和分配情况.结果表明:(1)各层叶片都有合成功能;功能的大小以充分长大的叶片最高,与叶龄似无关系,然而,正在扩大增长的中小叶片的功能则与苗龄(或大小)正相关;(2)各层叶片营养主要向下方输送,并以最近层次为主,下输量占总输出量的86.34%,其中,果实所得占35.39%,茎所得占61.56%。各层叶营养上输量仅占13.66%,其中,53.80%集中上输至迅速膨大的中等果实中;(3)茎与果是叶营养输出的两个大库,茎为支持植物体和运输营养、水分和矿质元素的形态结构的基建库,果实为积累营养的贮存库。因此,番茄源库关系的特点是在茎,果平衡基础上的叶果关系,这样的关系正是在生产技术上十分重视的或成败和产量高低的秧果关系。
The upper and lower leaves of each layer of tomato plants were sealed with ~ (14) CO_2. The leaves were sealed with a plexiglass chamber and filled with 1% carbon dioxide gas for 1 hour.
