当前,我国宪法实施所面临的最大的问题在于其实施机制的有效性。我国宪法实施的体制是在人大的监督下进行宪法实施。但是在实施过程中出现了一系列的问题,文章拟采取行政法的路径对我国宪法的实施过程进行完善。
At present, the biggest problem that our country’s constitutional implementation faces lies in the effectiveness of its implementation mechanism. The system for the implementation of our constitution is to carry out the constitutional implementation under the supervision of the NPC. However, a series of problems appeared in the process of implementation. The article intends to take the path of administrative law to perfect the implementation process of our country’s constitution.
