公司的现代化是市场经济这一发展趋势下的必然产物,也是企业未来必然经历的发展阶段,这就从客观上对于公司法的现代化发展提出了客观要求,这对于利用法律规范当前社会公司和企业的运营和发展,促进社会主义市场经济的健康、快速进步有着不可取代的重要保障意义。本文立足于我国公司法立法和司法实践,在我国社会主义市场经济蓬勃发展的客观环境下,结合相关理论研究成果,对于我国公司法在未来的发展趋势进行分析和研究,并提出相关可行性建议,以期能够促进我国公司法这一重要法律部门的完善和发展,最终保障我国社会主义市场经济的蓬勃健康发展。
