为了研究桩帽垫层对锤击沉桩效果的影响,采用有限元软件ABAQUS对弹性桩帽垫层和硬木垫层进行了模拟,发现弹性垫层在锤击过程中可显著降低桩身应力,而硬木板降低桩身应力的能力有限。采用合适厚度、刚度的垫层时,可显著增加贯入度。锤击能、垫层厚度、垫层刚度之间存在一定关系。对于某一垫层刚度,存在一最优垫层厚度,垫层刚度增加,最优垫层厚度范围也增加了。厚度较厚、刚度稍大的垫层能取得较好的沉桩效果。
In order to study the effect of pile cap cushion on the effect of pile hammering, finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate the elastic layer of the pile cushion and the hardwood cushion. It was found that the elastic cushion layer could significantly reduce the pile stress during the hammering process, The limited capacity of hardwood to reduce pile stress.
