本文在分析了微波接收机噪声特性的各种测量方法和误差的基础上,重点讨论了提高测量精度应该注意的问题,同时解决了任意倍增法和功率倍增法测量噪声系数随起始刻度不同而不同的问题及推导了三分贝法和功率倍增法中由于失配引起的相应噪声系数测量误差公式。接收,放大设备的噪声特性测量,是确定设备性能优劣,改进技术指标必不可少的一环。噪声分为外部噪声和内部噪声,在微波频段,外部噪声的影响大大下降而器件内部的喙声显著增加,成为影响设备性能指标的一个重要因素。基于这一情况,本文以气体放电噪声源测量“RS12”接收机为例对接收设备噪声特性的测量进行了详细的阐述。 Based on the analysis of various measurement methods and errors of the noise characteristics of microwave receivers, this paper focuses on the problems that should be paid attention to in improving the accuracy of measurement. At the same time, the measurement noise coefficients of arbitrary multiplication method and power multiplication method are solved with different initial scales Different problems and deduced the error formula of the corresponding noise figure measurement caused by the mismatch in the three-decibel method and the power multiplication method. Receiving, amplifying equipment noise characteristics measurement is to determine the pros and cons of equipment performance, improve technical indicators is an essential part. Noise is divided into external noise and internal noise. In the microwave frequency band, the influence of external noise greatly decreases and the beak noise inside the device increases significantly, which becomes an important factor affecting the performance index of the device. Based on this situation, this paper describes the measurement of noise characteristics of receiving equipment by taking “RS12” receiver for measuring gas discharge noise source as an example.
