学术能力评议是教师职称评审的重要环节,主要指对以学术论文、课题等形式为代表的科研成果进行质和量的评价。本文基于对上海市部分高校中级及以下职称外语教师学术论文的文献计量分析,对外语学科教师科研的现状及存在的主要问题进行了梳理。在此基础上,围绕科研评价导向、评价标准、评价方法及科研成果表现形式等维度,对高校外语教师职称评审中的学术能力评议环节提出改进建议,使其在引导教师提升科研质量,促进教师专业发展方面发挥更为积极的作用。
The appraisal of academic ability is an important link of the appraisal of teachers’ titles, mainly referring to the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the scientific research achievements represented by the academic papers, subjects and other forms. Based on the econometric analysis of academic literature of foreign language teachers with intermediate and below titles in some universities in Shanghai, this paper reviews the current situation of research in foreign language teachers and the main problems that exist. On the basis of this, around the dimension of scientific research evaluation orientation, evaluation criteria, evaluation methods and scientific research performance forms, this paper puts forward suggestions for improvement of academic ability assessment in the evaluation of professional titles of foreign language teachers in colleges and universities so as to guide teachers to improve the quality of scientific research and promote teachers’ Professional development play a more active role.
