目的:了解全省妇幼卫生信息工作人员基本状况,为制定吉林省妇幼卫生信息化建设方案提供依据。方法:制定《吉林省妇幼卫生信息人才队伍建设调查方案》,编制统一的调查表,统一调查方法和要求,省级审核后进行统计分析。结果:全省69所县级以上保健机构中有40所(占58.0%)设有信息科,各级妇幼保健机构中都有信息管理人员负责三网监测和年报工作;吉林省妇幼卫生信息人员以中专为主,占62.0%:省级妇幼卫生信息人员13人,其中初级职称占54.0%,市级妇幼卫生信息人员47人,其中中级职称比例较大,占55.0%,县级妇幼卫生信息人员167人,初级职称占54.0%:医疗专业占68.9%,保健专业占19.1%,计算机专业和无专业人员占12.0%。结论:吉林省妇幼保健机构信息化人力资源不足,基层妇幼保健人员学历和职称偏低。
Objective: To understand the basic conditions of maternal and child health information workers in the province and to provide the basis for formulating the information construction plan for maternity and child health in Jilin Province. Methods: Formulate the Investigation Program of Jilin Province Maternity and Child Health Information Talent Team Construction, compile a unified questionnaire, unify the investigation methods and requirements, and conduct statistical analysis after provincial examination. Results: 40 (58.0%) of the 69 health institutions at or above the county level in the province have information departments, and information management personnel at all levels of MCH institutions are responsible for the monitoring and annual reports of 3-nets. Jilin Province MCH information workers 62.0%: 13 provincial maternity and child health information workers, of which junior titles accounted for 54.0%, 47 maternal and child health information staff at the municipal level, of which a large proportion of intermediate grade, accounting for 55.0%, county-level MCH Information personnel 167 people, junior titles accounted for 54.0%: 68.9% medical professionals, health professionals accounted for 19.1%, computer professionals and professionals accounted for 12.0%. Conclusion: Maternal and child health care institutions in Jilin Province have inadequate information resources and low education background and professional titles.
