随着社会经济的发展和经济体制改革的深入,人民的消费水平日益提高,商品市场日趋活跃。尤其突出表现在服装行业,产品更新周期缩短,新产品的竞争已成为继同类产品质量竞争之后的第二大竞争因素。同时,企业内部为适应市场上这种瞬息万变的消费要求,加强了企业内部的专业化协作,各类公司、中心纷纷兴起,从而形成了市场竞争的新的力量。面对这种情形,上棉十二厂及时做出反映:经过一段时间的筹备,上海第十二棉纺织厂所属集体所有制的“立马”纺织开发公司(下简称“立马”公司)于1985年1月12日正式开业。

January 12 officially opened.
