研究了Nb微合金化无碳化物贝氏体/马氏体(CFB/M)复相钢的组织遗传现象及其消除工艺。试验发现,将Nb微合金化CFB/M复相钢以10℃/min速度升温和到温装料(约150℃/min)两种加热速率下均出现明显的组织遗传现象。等温退火与完全退火处理均能有效消除该复相钢的组织遗传现象,其中等温退火最为简便且有效。另外,研究发现高温回火不能消除Nb微合金化CFB/M复相钢的组织遗传现象。
The tissue genetic phenomenon of Nb microalloyed carbide-free bainite / martensite (CFB / M) duplex steel and its elimination process were studied. It was found that the microstructure of Nb microalloyed CFB / M duplex steel at both 10 ℃ / min and warm loading (about 150 ℃ / min) showed obvious tissue genetic phenomenon. Isothermal annealing and complete annealing treatment can effectively eliminate the complex phase steel genetic phenomenon, in which isothermal annealing the most simple and effective. In addition, the study found that high temperature tempering can not eliminate the Nb microalloying CFB / M duplex steel tissue genetic phenomenon.
