Through rapid development of over 20 years,especially in recent 10 years,China has become a genuine great producer of cycle tires;during the “12th Five-year”,the industrial capacity expands by 20％ compared with that at the end of the “11th Five-year”,the process and equipment technology have new advance and the adjustment of product structure and expansion of international market achieve new progress.Especially,breakthrough in R&D and application of new technology and innovation of operation and management provides new power for stable and rapid development of the industry as well as creates a good situation for future acceleration of transformation and upgrading of the industry and early realization of the target of cycle tire power.
