光阴荏苒,岁月匆匆,深交所行政后勤体制改革三年过渡期即将划上圆满的句号。行政后勤体制改革是深交所满足长远发展的需要和必然选择。行政服务公司的成立,是所领导立足实际、凭着智慧与胆识、科学决策的产物。三年来的实践证明,改革成效明显,所党委提出改革坚持“积极稳妥、分步实施、市场导向”的指导思想科学、可行,行政服务公司正是以此贯彻各项改革之始终,较好地完成了过渡期的各项工作任务。纵观三年改革试点工作,行政服务公司以稳步推进为重点,按照改革的总体目标,结合实际,适时提出了第一年“三稳一降”、第二年“三突破一接轨”、第三年“三创一发展”等循序渐进的分阶段目标,将改革的力度与公司服务特点及未来发展统一起来。过渡期内,确保了改革的平稳过渡,实现了后勤管理模式和运行机制的根本转变,提高了后勤保障能力和服务水平,产生了较好的社会效益和经济效益。行政后勤体制改革,初步实现了深交所、行政服务公司、员工个人的“多赢”目标。为了解员工在改革这三年的切身体会和真实感受,行政服务公司举办了主题为“我与公司共成长”的征文活动,得到了员工的积极参与。本刊选登了部分员工感言,带大家一起去聆听他们的成长历程、所感所悟。
