近几十年来,伴随着登革病毒在热带和亚热带地区的广泛传播,登革热发病率猛速增长,威胁着世界40%人口的生命健康,成为了各国政府,社会各组织关注的全球性健康问题。当今迫切需要一种安全、有效的登革疫苗。目前已研发了一系列登革疫苗候选株,其中主要包括减毒活疫苗、重组嵌合疫苗和DNA疫苗,并正处于临床试验阶段。尽管登革疫苗的研究已取得了很大的进展,但迄今为止,还没有得到一种许可疫苗应用于临床。本文就登革疫苗的研究进展作一综述。
In recent decades, with the widespread transmission of dengue virus in the tropical and subtropical regions, the rapid increase in the incidence of dengue has threatened the life and health of 40% of the world’s population and has become a global health concern of governments and social organizations . There is an urgent need for a safe and effective dengue vaccine. A number of candidate strains of dengue vaccine have been developed, including live attenuated vaccines, recombinant chimeric vaccines and DNA vaccines, and are currently in clinical trials. Although much progress has been made in the study of dengue vaccine, no licensed vaccine has so far been available for clinical use. This article reviews the progress of research on dengue vaccine.
