在联合国教科文组织的关心指导下,在中国教育部和上海市人民政府的支持下,经过我们大家的共同努力,会议取得了圆满成功。短短两天时间,我们相互交流了各自的办学经验,通报了有关信息,增进了相互之间的了解和友谊,并在此基础上,探讨了开放大学多边合作的可能性,达成了许多共识,尤其是刚刚签署通过的世界开放大学上海合作宣言,凝聚了我们的智慧和期望,表达了我们创新、合作与发展的共同心愿。这是会议的重要成果,它为我们今后的进一步交流与合作创造了条件,为我们共创远程教育的美好明天开辟了新的途径。 Under the guidance of the care of UNESCO and with the support of the Ministry of Education of China and the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, with the joint efforts of all of us, the conference has achieved great success. In just two days, we exchanged our experiences in running schools, informed the relevant information and enhanced our mutual understanding and friendship. On the basis of that, we discussed the possibility of multilateral cooperation in open universities and reached many consensuses In particular, the Shanghai Cooperation Declaration of the World University, which was just signed and passed, unite our wisdom and expectations and express our common aspiration for innovation, cooperation and development. This is an important outcome of the conference. It has set the stage for our further exchanges and cooperation in the future and opens up new avenues for us to create a bright tomorrow for distance education.
