运用Hunter-Schmidt法对32篇实证论文中的38个独立研究组成的10040个样本进行元分析,系统研究了员工性别等人口特征与员工主动担责的关系,结果发现,员工的性别、年龄、受教育水平、组织任期与员工主动担责显著正相关但比较弱,而组织地位与员工主动担责显著正相关且比较强;同时,数据来源会调节受教育水平和组织地位与员工主动担责的关系,而文化差异来则会调节受教育水平和组织任期与员工主动担责的关系。最后,发表性偏误分析结果表明本文的元分析结果可靠性较高。
Using Hunter-Schmidt’s method to analyze the 10040 samples of 38 independent studies in 32 empirical papers, we systematically studied the relationship between demographic characteristics such as employee’s gender and employees ’active commitment. The results showed that the employees’ gender, age, The level of education, organizational tenure and staff take the initiative to assume a significant positive correlation but relatively weak, and organizational status and staff take the initiative to assume a significant positive correlation and strong; the same time, the data source will adjust the level of education and organizational position and employee take the initiative to take responsibility While cultural differences will regulate the level of education and the relationship between organizational tenure and employee accountability. Finally, the results of the published error analysis show that the meta-analysis results in this paper are more reliable.
