群众工作是我们党的优良传统,是我们党取得革命、建设、改革成功的一大法宝。在不同历史时期,群众工作面临不同情况、不同问题,具有不同特点。如何正确把握新情况、新问题、新特点,在观念、方法、措施上适应,是做好新形势下群众工作的关键。“民心齐,泰山移”。没有群众的支持,再好的事也难干成。群众乃国家发展的基础,所以做好群众的工作是不能忽视的,一个国家,应把群众工作放在首位,一个党员干部也应一、做好群众工作的重要作用。
