1 病历摘要患者,女性,56岁。因反复咳嗽、气喘、发烧50天,痰中带血20天,于1997年5月6日入院。病人在夜间睡眠时不慎将一枚义齿误吸入气道,因平素有慢性支气管炎病史,当时有咳嗽症状。故不知义齿误吸入。一周后发现义齿脱落,以为吞咽,而未在意。但夜间咳嗽加重,发烧,经当地医院检查按支气管炎治疗1周,过3周后当地医院拍胸片诊为右肺下野炎变,经用氨苄青霉素3.0g、5％葡萄糖150ml,每12小时1次静脉点滴、丁胺卡那霉素0.2加5％葡萄糖200ml每12小时1次静点共10天,咳嗽仍频繁,痰
