三水(幸水、新水、丰水)梨是日本近年发展较快的三个砂梨优良品种。其共同特点是,肉质细嫩、爽口,风味浓甜似蜜,汁水特多,很受日本消费者欢迎。三水梨由日本农林省果树试验场杂交育成。1967年冬,我所从日本引入幸水苗分别种在本所梨品种园及南汇周浦园艺场。1976年冬,中国农科院种质资源研究所又从日本引入三水梨苗木,寄交我所保存试种,于78年起陆续开始结果。果实性状鉴定表明,三水的确是梨果中的上品,值得在长江流域诸 Sanshui (Fortunately, fresh water, abundant water) pear is Japan’s rapid development in recent years, three fine sand pear varieties.
