三水(幸水、新水、丰水)梨是日本近年发展较快的三个砂梨优良品种。其共同特点是,肉质细嫩、爽口,风味浓甜似蜜,汁水特多,很受日本消费者欢迎。三水梨由日本农林省果树试验场杂交育成。1967年冬,我所从日本引入幸水苗分别种在本所梨品种园及南汇周浦园艺场。1976年冬,中国农科院种质资源研究所又从日本引入三水梨苗木,寄交我所保存试种,于78年起陆续开始结果。果实性状鉴定表明,三水的确是梨果中的上品,值得在长江流域诸
Sanshui (Fortunately, fresh water, abundant water) pear is Japan’s rapid development in recent years, three fine sand pear varieties. Their common feature is tender meat, refreshing flavor sweet like honey, Juice Trinidad and Tobago, very popular with Japanese consumers. Sanshui pear from Japan’s Agriculture and Forestry fruit tree test field hybrid breeding. The winter of 1967, I introduced from Japan, lucky seedlings were planted in this variety of pear garden and Nanhui Zhoupu horticultural field. In the winter of 1976, the Institute of Germplasm Resources, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, again introduced Sanshui pear seedlings from Japan and sent it to China to save and try on it. Results began in 1978 and continued. Identification of the fruit traits show that Sanshui indeed pear in the top grade, it is worth in the Yangtze River Basin
