夏天是体液消耗最多的季节,人们的食欲也随着气温的上升而下降。因此,多喝点汤不仅能调节味口,补充体液,增强食欲,消暑祛热,而且能防病抗表,消炎解毒,对健康有益。日常人们常喝的汤有:鸡汤、肉汤、骨头汤、鱼头汤、海带汤、蛋花汤、紫菜汤、番茄汤、豆腐汤、三鲜汤、冬瓜汤以及米汤、面汤等等。无论是荤菜、蔬菜,都可配制成各式各样的汤,但也要根据各人的喜好与口味来选用汤料。
