目的:在SD大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型上采用磁共振扫描异位病灶,探讨大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型的磁共振表现特点,建立一个观察子宫内膜异位症的无创、可重复、动态连续的研究方法。方法:取雌性未交配性成熟大鼠,将自体子宫内膜组织种植于左侧腹壁,术后进行组织形态学观察,并对异位病灶进行MRI扫描。结果:模型成功,异位病灶在DWI图像上呈明显的亮高信号,T1WI图像上呈低信号,T2WI图像上呈高信号,边界清楚,CE-T1WI图像上内部无增强。结论:此方法建立的大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型在MRI图像上可以清晰地观察到病灶部位,便于反复实验及连续性观察研究。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the magnetic resonance imaging of endometriosis model in SD rat model of endometriosis using magnetic resonance scanning of ectopic lesions, to establish a noninvasive, Repeatable, dynamic and continuous research methods. Methods: Female unmatched mature rats were harvested and autologous endometrial tissues were implanted in the left abdominal wall. Postoperative histomorphology was observed and MRI scanning of ectopic lesions was performed. Results: The model was successful. The ectopic lesion showed a bright high signal on the DWI image. The signal was low on the T1WI image and high on the T2WI image. The border was clear and no enhancement was found on the CE-T1WI image. Conclusion: The rat endometriosis model established by this method can clearly observe the lesion site on MRI images, which is convenient for repeated experiments and continuous observation.
