中国入世后 ,中国企业将直接面对具有雄厚经济实力、相当管理经验的外国企业强有力的挑战 ,其中 ,人才的竞争首当其冲。对此 ,我国企业人力资源管理的对策是 :( 1)改变传统的人事管理观念 ;( 2 )改变人力资源管理方法 ;( 3)加强企业文化建设 ,提高企业凝聚力 ;( 4 )加大劳动和社会保障制度的立法和建设 ;( 5 )建立多途径留人机制 ,稳定企业人才 ;( 6 )加大培训力度 ,提升低层次人力资源的市场竞争力。
After China's accession to the WTO, Chinese enterprises will directly face the powerful challenges posed by foreign enterprises with strong economic strength and considerable management experience. Among them, the competition among talents will bear the brunt. In this regard, China's human resources management strategy is: (1) change the traditional concept of personnel management; (2) change the human resource management methods; (3) strengthen the building of enterprise culture and enhance cohesion; (4) increase labor and (5) establishing a multi-channel retention mechanism to stabilize the talents of enterprises; (6) increasing training and enhancing the market competitiveness of low-level human resources.
