我厂两台SHL—20—13A型锅炉中,1~#炉1992年投入运行,在用分层给煤装置之前,为满足生产要求,经常超负荷运行。所用煤种发热量在18855kJ/kg左右,经常跑红火,煤渣可燃物有时超过40%,后边挡渣铁由于严重过烧,每年更换一次,甚至挡渣铁下部搁座都被烧坏,出渣机事故频繁,为了防止出渣机过烧,只能开大冷却水将红炭浸灭。煤闸板经常因为中断冷却水而烧坏,被迫停炉影响生产,成为制约生产的主要因素。自从1~#炉改为分层给煤装置后,效果比较明显。2~#炉是1994年投入运行的,两炉在煤种、煤层、计量器具及所带负荷18t/h的情况下作比较如表1:
