为探讨神经生长因子 (NGF)对红藻氨酸 (KA)诱导癫痫发作大鼠海马神经细胞野生型 p53(wtp53) 蛋白的表达有无抑制作用 ,我们采用KA诱导癫痫大鼠模型 ,分别于实验 1 2小时、2 4小时、4 8小时用免疫组织化学SP法检测wtp53蛋白表达及NGF对其表达的结果。结论 :大鼠急性癫痫发作后 ,其海马CA1区神经细胞wtp53蛋白表达在各时间点明显增强 ( P <0 0 1 ) ;给予NGF ,在各相应时间点wtp53蛋白表达显著性下降 ( P <0 0 1 )。结果 :NGF能抑制癫痫发作后海马神经细胞wtp53蛋白表达 ,从而发挥其抗凋亡作用
To investigate whether NGF can inhibit the expression of wild type p53 (wtp53) in hippocampal neurons of kainate-induced seizures rats, we used KA-induced seizure model in rats 1 2 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours by immunohistochemical SP method to detect the expression of wtp53 protein and NGF expression results. CONCLUSIONS: After acute epileptic seizures, the expression of wtp53 protein in hippocampal CA1 neurons was significantly increased at each time point (P <0.01), and the expression of wtp53 protein was significantly decreased at each time point (P <0.01) 0 1). Results: NGF could inhibit the expression of wtp53 protein in hippocampal neurons after epileptic seizure and thus exert its anti-apoptotic effect
