以往工作表明,钴-60丙线照射明显抑制胃排空,抑制程度随照射剂量增加而加剧。800拉德照后第3天胃半量排空时间(t1/2)可达正常10倍以上。目前认为,中子的辐射生物效应一般较丙线为重,E1Y及Ross(1947)首次报导了中子照射可引起大鼠胃排空延缓。Turner等对比观察快中子15—37拉德及X线50—100拉德照射对大鼠胃排空的抑制效应,证明其RBE=2.9,但Woo-dward等未能观察到中子与X线对胃排空效应的明显差异。迄今文献中尚未见到有关中子与丙线所致胃排空效应的对比研究。本
Previous work has shown that cobalt-60 C irradiation significantly inhibits gastric emptying, and the degree of inhibition increases with increasing irradiation dose.
