随着社会经济的高速发展以及陆域资源、能源和空间的压力与日俱增,海洋必将成为社会经济活动的主战场之一。沿海国家和地区都高度重视海洋经济发展,将海洋科技支撑海洋经济发展作为海洋强国的重要战略。在新的历史阶段,中国政府审时度势,做出了建设海洋强国的战略决策。我们必须乘借未来海洋新技术的突破之势,推进我国海洋产业的快速发展,实现海洋强国的梦想。
With the rapid socio-economic development and increasing pressure on land resources, energy sources and space, the ocean will surely become one of the main battlefields for social and economic activities. Coastal countries and regions all attach great importance to the development of marine economy and make marine science and technology support marine economic development an important strategy for the ocean powers. In the new historical stage, the Chinese government reviewed the current situation and made strategic decisions to build a maritime power. We must take the breakthrough of the new marine technology in the future and push forward the rapid development of China’s marine industry and realize the dream of a maritime power.
