More and more Americans, including children, are engaged in strength training for good health. However, some coaches, athletes and parents, for lack of scientific knowledge in this field, strongly oppose the training of children in strength. However, recent experiments have proved that planned and scientific training of children on strength can help children to increase their strength. Strength training and the relationship between children’s body and constitution: strength training, the body and physique of boys, girls impact, few studies in science. Strength training programs usually have little effect on body weight and body fat, nor do they have any effect on height.
