建筑企业员工相对于其他行业员工而言,具有自身特殊性,具体表现在工资收入偏低、劳资关系紧张、工作危险系数高、劳动强度大、工作环境差和缺乏发展机会等。在经济新常态下,全面了解建筑企业员工生存与发展现状,对于构建和谐劳动关系具有很强的现实意义。为了解中国建筑业员工生存与发展现状,本文随机选取A公司225名员工进行问卷调查,利用本次调查数据,对A公司员工生存与发展现状进行描述性研究,并尝试提出解决建筑企业员工生存与发展现状的若干对策。研究发现,中国建筑业员工劳动强度过大,普遍存在“过劳”现象;薪酬待遇满意度偏低;较高的员工离职率;员工对劳动合同认知度较低。
Compared with employees in other industries, construction enterprise employees have their own particularities, which are reflected in the low wage income, tight labor-management relations, high risk factors for work, heavy labor intensity, poor working environment and lack of development opportunities. Under the new economic normal, a comprehensive understanding of the status quo of the survival and development of construction enterprises staff has a strong practical significance for building a harmonious labor relations. In order to understand the status quo of the survival and development of Chinese construction workers, this paper randomly selects 225 employees of Company A to conduct a questionnaire survey. Based on the survey data, this paper conducts a descriptive study on the current situation of employee A's survival and development, And some countermeasures of development status quo. The study found that the labor intensity of construction workers in China is too large, ubiquitous “overwork ” phenomenon; low pay satisfaction; higher employee turnover rate; employee awareness of labor contracts is low.
