为了解粮食加工厂中稻谷尘对粮工健康的影响,选择了粮食加工厂的349名在职粮工及130名退休粮工进行了职业卫生的调查,并选择无粉尘接触史的243名在职工人及373名退休工人为对照组,进行了作业环境及工人呼吸系统疾病的调查。材料与方法一、作业环境调查对粮食加工厂麻袋及加工两个车间的不同工段进行粉尘采样,采用垂直淘析仪(流量7.4±0.2升/分)及DK-60Ⅱ型(流量为20升/分)分别进行了空气中可吸尘及总尘的采样,并进行了粉尘分散度的检查。
