针对以电动主给水泵与前置泵串联运行的锅炉给水系统所采用的常规运行方式,首度提出了在低负荷稳态运行时解列前置泵改由主给水泵单独调速以满足机组滑压运行的方案;通过对前置泵解列前、后给水泵不同组合方式下的特性方程以及机组滑压运行时给水管路特性的确定,给出了变负荷下系统汽蚀临界点的求解方法,并导出了各泵在不同工况下对应的扬程、效率和转速等关系式;通过300 MW工程实例对所提出的运行方案进行了安全性与节能性分析,从而证明该方案具有可行性和必要性。
