本文以首都经贸大学公共管理专业为例,研究发现该校本科生转专业政策自实施以来公共管理专业学生均流向一本热门专业,却没有外专业学生转入。专业冷热程度和本科录取批次成为该专业学生转专业行为两个首要影响因素,职业目标和个人兴趣对其影响非常小、甚至没有。为此作者提出了四条完善该校本科生转专业规定的相关建议。 Taking the public administration majors of Capital University of Economics and Business as an example, this study finds that since the implementation of the specialization policy of undergraduates, the public management majors have all turned into a popular major, but no foreign majors have been transferred into it. Professional hot and cold degree and the batch of undergraduate entrance into the professional students to become the two primary influencing factors, professional goals and personal interests of its very small or not. To this end, the author put forward four suggestions on how to perfect the undergraduate professional rules of the school.
