近几年我校的外来工子女人数呈几何倍数递增,至今已达学生总数的95%以上,随之带来的问题也越来越突出。这些孩子小学大都在乡村或民办外来工子女小学就读,学校的硬件条件、课程设置以及老师的教学水平都和城市公办学校相差很大。再加上流动性大,导致他们学习基础薄弱,学习习惯差,学习能力欠缺。学习上稍微遇到点困难就放弃,学习态度不端正,甚至厌学。教育主体的改变要求我们的教育方式要进
In recent years, the number of migrant children in our school has increased by a factor of several and so far it has reached more than 95% of the total number of students. As a result, the problems brought by it have become increasingly prominent. Most of these children’s primary schools attend rural or private migrant children’s primary schools. The school’s hardware conditions, curricula and teachers’ teaching levels vary greatly from those of urban public schools.
