民族地区幼儿教师的跨文化交际能力直接影响着民族地区幼儿教育质量。本文从跨文化交际的概念出发,分析了民族地区幼儿教师跨文化交际能力培养的重要性以及跨文化交际的原则,最后探讨了培养民族地区幼儿教师跨文化交际能力的策略。
The intercultural communication ability of kindergarten teachers in minority areas directly affects the quality of kindergarten education in ethnic minority areas. Based on the concept of intercultural communication, this article analyzes the importance of intercultural communication ability and the principle of intercultural communication in kindergarten teachers in ethnic minority areas. Finally, it discusses the strategies to develop kindergarten teachers’ intercultural communication skills in ethnic minority areas.
