某施工单位在一个炼钢车间施工中,对一榀12米跨预应力钢筋混凝土托架施加预应力后两端出现裂缝的问题进行了认真处理,确保了工程质量,取得了良好的经济效益。该车间已使用多年,未发现任何异常情况。1.裂缝状况及原因该托架按国标 G433(一)标准图制作,冬期施工期间预制。混凝土浇筑28天后张拉。施加最后一钢丝束的预应力后,发现托架两端向上一面(卧倒制作)沿4束预应力筋的合力线线上出现长分别为965毫米、950毫米,宽0.6毫米、0.8毫米的裂缝。
