目的:通过消风Ⅱ号胶囊对小鼠嗜酸性粒细胞影响的相关实验研究,探讨该药皮质激素样作用。方法:应用双侧肾上腺摘除复制嗜酸性粒细胞增高模型,模型成功后开始灌胃给予消风Ⅱ号胶囊,每日1次,连续给药3天;阳性对照组肌肉注射氢化可的松。末次给药后3小时,各组均尾部采血计数嗜酸性粒细胞数,比较各组小鼠嗜酸性粒细胞下降的百分率。并称量体重、测定胸腺及脾脏指数。结果:消风Ⅱ号胶囊低剂量组和高剂量组均可使小鼠嗜酸性粒细胞降低,下降百分率分别达31.0%和36.3%,其作用低于氢化可的松组,氢化可的松组降低百分率达50.5%。但消风Ⅱ号胶囊组大鼠体重、胸腺、脾脏指数明显高于氢化可的松组。结论:消风Ⅱ号胶囊具有皮质激素样作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Xiaofeng Ⅱ capsule on eosinophil in mice and to explore its corticosteroid-like effect. Methods: Double-sided adrenalectomy was used to replicate the model of eosinophilia. After the model was successfully administered, Xiaofeng Ⅱ capsule was given intragastrically once daily for 3 consecutive days. The positive control group was intramuscularly injected with hydrocortisone. Three hours after the last administration, the numbers of eosinophils in the tail blood of each group were counted, and the percentage of eosinophils in the mice in each group was compared. Weights and measures thymus and spleen index. Results: Xiaofeng Ⅱ capsule low-dose group and high-dose group can reduce the eosinophils in mice, the percentage decreased 31.0% and 36.3%, and its role was lower than the hydrocortisone group, hydrocortisone group Reduce the percentage by 50.5%. However, Xiaofeng Ⅱ capsule rats body weight, thymus, spleen index was significantly higher than the hydrocortisone group. Conclusion: Xiaofeng Ⅱ capsule has cortical hormone-like effect.
