采用RT-PCR和原位杂交技术对6组分别代表不同生长发育时期的人卵巢组织中BRCA1 mRNA的表达进行了半定量分析和比较,同时与血清中的雌二醇(E_2)水平进行相关分析.结果BRCA1 mRNA的表达以早孕组、晚孕组和胎儿组较高(比正常生育期妇女高25%~75%),正常生育期妇女组其次,老年组和幼女组较低(约为正常生育期妇女的60%左右);BRCA1 mRNA的表达与血清E_2水平呈明显的正相关,相关系数为0.85.
