日前,朗盛公司宣布,朗盛将与东京材料株式会社(Tokyo Zairyo,总部位于日本东京)合作销售橡胶化学品。该合作协议将进一步促进朗盛橡胶产品在日本和亚洲其它地区的销售。目前,朗盛在日本橡胶化学品的销售是通过其进口商和销售代理公司——川口化学工业株式会社(Kawaguchi Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.)进行的。通过这种合作,朗盛产品被直接销往各轮胎生产商或间接销往非轮胎行业客户。在亚洲其它地区,朗盛主要通过当地的贸易公司进行。然而,通过这种方式,朗盛产品却很难进入那些在该地区开展业务的日本企业。朗盛期望能在这块市场上寻求突破。有鉴于此,朗盛公司调整了其亚洲营销策略,终止了与川口化学的销售协议,正式与东京材料开展合作。双方合作将从2009年1月起正式生效。
LANXESS recently announced that LANXESS will jointly sell rubber chemicals with Tokyo Zairyo (headquartered in Tokyo, Japan). The agreement will further promote the sales of LANXESS rubber products in Japan and other parts of Asia. LANXESS currently sells rubber chemicals in Japan through its importer and sales agency, Kawaguchi Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. Through this collaboration, LANXESS products are sold directly to individual tire manufacturers or indirectly to non-tire industry customers. In other parts of Asia, LANXESS mainly through the local trading company. However, in this way, LANXESS products have very difficult access to those Japanese companies doing business in the region. Lanxess expects to find a breakthrough in this market. In view of this, LANXESS adjusted its marketing strategy in Asia, terminated the sales agreement with Kawaguchi Chemical Co., Ltd. and formally cooperated with Tokyo Materials. The cooperation between the two parties will come into effect from January 2009.
