本文通过膨化机螺套失效形式的分析,研究了其磨损机理。合理地选择了材料并采用离子渗氮——高频感应淬火复合热处理工艺,使零件的寿命比原先提高了二倍多。
In this paper, through the analysis of the failure form of the luffing machine, the wear mechanism is studied. Reasonable choice of materials and the use of ion nitriding - high frequency induction hardening composite heat treatment process, the parts life expectancy increased more than twice as much.
