在素质教育全面深入推进、新课改层层有序落实的今天,作为一名有责任感的小学语文教师,我在放眼世界、国家教育大环境的同时,审视反思最多的就是课堂教学。近几年来,国家省市教育行政部门对于教师培训格外重视,专家讲座,头脑风暴式的理论学习,各地专题式的观摩教学,听课评教。可以说,很多教师接受了新理念,学到了新方法,但深入反思:教师的眼界真正开阔了吗?固有的陈旧观念完全摒弃了吗?教学实践改善、优化了吗?现代化的教育观、教学观、课程观、评价观
