创建区域科技金融改革试验区,促进科技与金融的创新融合,可以有效解决地区科技型企业融资难、融资成本高等问题,大力提升科技企业创业创新能力,促进地区科技型企业健康快速发展,形成大众创业、万众创新的良好氛围。本研究以嘉兴市为例,从创建区域科技金融改革试验区的现状、存在的主要问题入手,探讨并提出区域创建科技金融创新试验区的对策。
