采用WOS附带的引文分析和Cite Space软件工具对Web of ScienceTM核心合集数据库中1984年至今所收录的主题为“sport law”文献共计517篇进行分析,研究发现:国际体育法学领域具有重大影响的论文数量少,但刊载论文献量逐年递增,核心作者群未形成,美国的论文发表量远高于其他国家,体育法学被引高频文献非常少,但被引频次总数逐年增长趋势明显;收录体育法学主题论文的期刊比较分散,期刊之间的影响因子差别较大,体育法关键词围绕运动员、足球和兴奋剂开展相关调查研究较多,论文的数量与质量还有待于提高。
A total of 517 articles entitled “sport law” from 1984 to the present in the Web of ScienceTM core collection database were analyzed using the citation analysis and Cite Space software tools provided by WOS. The study found that international sports jurisprudence has a significant impact The number of published papers is increasing year by year, the core author group is not formed, the number of published papers in the United States is much higher than that of other countries, the number of high-frequency documents cited in sports law is very small, but the total number of cited citations increased year by year obviously; The journals that include the journals of sports law are relatively scattered, and the influencing factors among journals are quite different. The key words of sports law are related to the investigation and study of athletes, soccer and stimulants, and the quantity and quality of the papers still need to be improved.
