电力企业的财务成本管理是企业管理中的核心内容,必须做好成本管理中的过程监控和环节控制,加强制度管理,提升企业的经济效益。本文结合电力企业成本管理现状,提出应树立成本观念,追求企业价值的最大化,科学构建企业的财务成本核算、内部控制,强化财务成本的信息化水平,增强企业的财务成本管理,提升电力企业的经济效益。
The financial cost management of electric power enterprises is the core content in the enterprise management.
