四气门柴油机进气道开发

通过采用传统的气道芯盒制作方法和先进的CAD/CAM制作方法相结合的技术,对国内某四气门柴油机进气道进行了设计开发,制作出不同的气道芯盒。气道稳流试验结果表明,CAD/CAM技术制作的气道芯盒与目标气道平均流量系数和涡流比的差别不到1%;稳态计算结果与气道稳流试验结果吻合良好,平均流量系数和涡流比与试验结果偏差在3%左右。研究表明,基于CAD/CAM的气道开发方法与传统气道开发方法相比,更能满足气道开发的要求。 Through the use of the traditional airway core box manufacturing methods and advanced CAD / CAM production methods combined technology, a four-valve diesel engine intake port was designed and developed to produce a different airway core box. Airway steady flow test results show that the difference between airway core box and target airway flow coefficient and eddy current ratio made by CAD / CAM technology is less than 1%; steady state calculation results are in good agreement with airway steady flow test results, mean Flow coefficient and vortex ratio deviation from the test results of about 3%. The research shows that compared with the traditional method of airway development, the method of airway development based on CAD / CAM can meet the requirements of airway development.
