随着城市建设的快速发展,人、车、路矛盾的加剧,公安交通管理压力不断加大。面对新形势、新常态下的城市道路交通,湖州市公安局交警支队突破现有交警勤务模式,实行全警全员勤务机制改革,取得了良好的效果。应从提升纪律意识,树立队伍形象;强化教育培训,增强警员素质;完善考评机制,推进效能建设;坚持典型引领,激励队伍士气;做实从优待警,创建幸福警营等方面入手,进一步完善全警全员勤务机制。
