目的了解四川省甲型H1N1流感病毒的抗原性和血凝素(HA)基因的变异情况。方法对四川省2009-2011年分离的流感病毒采用单项血凝抑制试验鉴定毒株型别,在此基础上选取分离自中国内地首发甲型H1N1流感病例、首起甲型H1N1流感疫情、甲型H1N1流感死亡病例以及哨点医院流感样病例标本的甲型H1N1流感病毒株共计11株,进行HA基因核苷酸序列测定并推导出其氨基酸序列,然后进行基因特征分析。结果与中国代表株A/四川/SWL1/2009(H1N1)相比,2009-2011年四川省甲型H1N1流感毒株单项血凝抑制效价均无4倍以上差异,与疫苗株A/California/7/2009(H1N1)相比,HA氨基酸具有高度同源性(96.6%~99.4%)。结论四川省甲型H1N1流感病毒的HA基因特性和抗原性没有发生明显变异。
Objective To understand the antigenicity and hemagglutinin (HA) gene variation of influenza A (H1N1) virus in Sichuan Province. Methods The strains of influenza virus isolated in Sichuan Province during 2009-2011 were identified by single hemagglutination inhibition test. On the basis of this analysis, cases of Influenza A (H1N1) H1N1 flu deaths and sentinel hospital influenza-like cases of influenza A H1N1 influenza virus strains a total of 11 strains of HA gene nucleotide sequence determination and deduced its amino acid sequence, and then gene characterization. Results Compared with the Chinese strain A / Sichuan / SWL1 / 2009 (H1N1), there was no significant difference in single hemagglutination inhibition of influenza A (H1N1) strains in Sichuan Province from 2009 to 2011, HA amino acids have high homology (96.6% ~ 99.4%) compared to that of H1N1. Conclusion There is no obvious variation in the HA gene and antigenicity of influenza A (H1N1) virus in Sichuan Province.
