目的:探讨肝细胞生长因子(HGF)及其激活物(HGFA)在子宫内膜异位症的表达及与发病机理的关系。方法:采用链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶法检测27例异位内膜、27例对应的在位内膜及25例对照组子宫内膜组织中的HGF和HGFA的免疫表达水平。结果:HGF和HGFA主要在内膜的腺上皮阳性表达,在间质仅弱阳性表达。子宫内膜异位症患者在位内膜腺上皮HGF和HGFA阳性表达最强,异位内膜次之,正常对照组在位内膜腺上皮最弱(P均<0.05)。对照组内膜腺上皮HGF和HGFA的表达增殖期强于分泌期(P<0.05)。HGF和HGFA两者在各组内膜腺上皮中的表达水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜异位症患者在位内膜腺上皮HGF和HGFA的高表达可能与子宫内膜异位症的发病相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and its activator (HGFA) in endometriosis and its relationship with pathogenesis. Methods: The expression of HGF and HGFA in 27 cases of ectopic endometrium, 27 cases of eutopic endometrium and 25 cases of control group were detected by streptavidin-peroxidase method . Results: HGF and HGFA were mainly expressed in the endometrial glandular epithelium and only weakly positive in the stroma. The expression of HGF and HGFA in eutopic endometrial gland epithelium was the highest in patients with endometriosis, followed by the ectopic endometrium, and the eutopic endometrial gland epithelium in the normal control group was the weakest (all P <0.05). The expression of HGF and HGFA in the control group was stronger than that in the secretory phase (P <0.05). The expression of HGF and HGFA in each group of endometrial glandular epithelium was positively correlated (P <0.05). Conclusion: The high expression of HGF and HGFA in the endometrial glandular epithelium of endometriosis patients may be related to the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
