为了掌握王洼二矿5号煤上分层遗煤的自燃规律,通过程序升温实验台对5号煤上分层遗煤与原始煤样的自燃特性参数进行对比研究。研究发现王洼二矿上分层遗煤的耗氧速率、CO产生率、CO_2产生率与放热强度均要大于原始煤样且120℃后更加明显,而上分层遗煤煤样特征温度及生成C_2H_4和C_2H_6气体所需温度均低于原始煤样,说明王洼二矿5号煤上分层遗煤更易发生自燃,危险性较大。
In order to grasp the spontaneous combustion regularity of stratified coal left on No. 5 coal of Wangwa No.2 Mine, the spontaneous combustion parameters of stratified coal separation on No.5 coal and the original coal samples were compared by the program temperature rising test bench. The results show that the oxygen uptake rate, CO production rate, CO 2 production rate and exothermic intensity of the upper strata left over coal in Wangwa No.2 ore are larger than that of the original coal and more obvious after 120 ℃, while the characteristic temperature And the temperatures needed to generate C_2H_4 and C_2H_6 gases are lower than those of the original coal samples, indicating that the coal separation on coal No. 5 in Wangwa No.2 coal is more likely to spontaneous combustion and is more dangerous.
