目的:了解幼儿师范学校中学生的增补叶酸预防神经管缺陷项目知晓情况,探索增补叶酸预防神经管缺陷项目的宣教路径。方法:对丽水市某幼儿师范学校学生1 453名,在宣教前后进行问卷调查并评价。结果:幼儿师范学校学生中增补叶酸预防神经管缺陷项目知晓情况不佳,通过开设增补叶酸预防神经管缺陷项目宣教课程,能显著提高学生的知晓率和认同度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在幼儿师范学校中开展增补叶酸预防神经管缺陷项目宣教课程,对提高增补叶酸预防神经管缺陷项目的实施水平有着非常重要的意义。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the knowledge of folic acid supplementation prevention for neural tube defects among children in normal school and to explore the missionary path of folic acid supplementation in preventing neural tube defects. Methods: A total of 1 453 students from a preschool education school in Lishui City were surveyed and evaluated before and after the mission. Results: The knowledge of folic acid supplementation with folic acid supplementation in prevention of neural tube defects was not well known in children of normal school. The introduction of the folic acid supplementation with folic acid to prevent neural tube defects could significantly improve the awareness and acceptance of students, with significant difference (P < 0.01). Conclusion: It is very important to improve the implementation level of folic acid supplementation with folic acid to prevent neural tube defects in children ’s normal school.
