In the generation of mortal beings born in the United States during the infant boom (50-60s), a new class is emerging. This group of people is very wealthy and there are about 20 million people. In the U.S. society, they are composing computer programs, running fast food restaurants, typing keyboards, driving trucks, educating children, and caring for patients... They are called “new leaders”. Differently, it represents a new type of employee who is in the unclear field between professionals (traditionally known as white-collar workers) and manual workers (traditionally known as Lan-ling), many of whom are engaged in services.
