当前,以服务外包、服务贸易及高端制造业和技术研发环节转移为主要特征的新一轮世界产业结构调整正在兴起,为我国发展面向国际市场的现代服务业带来新机遇。比较和借鉴承接服务外包典型国家税收政策经验,分析和研究我国现行服务外包税收政策,对完善我国促进服务外包产业发展的税收政策具有积极意义。
At present, the new round of world industrial restructuring featuring service outsourcing, service trade and the transfer of high-end manufacturing and technology R & D links is on the rise and opens up new opportunities for our country to develop modern service industries facing the international market. To compare and learn from the experience of typical national tax policies in service outsourcing and to analyze and study the current tax policies of service outsourcing in our country is of positive significance to the improvement of our country’s tax policy to promote the development of service outsourcing industry.
